Never in a million years would I say I would be doing CrossFit, better yet, loving it. Derek and Jenny are wonderful coaches, who truly care about what they do and helping you succeed.They meet you where you are, experienced or not, and strive for you to grow in your fitness journey. Not only will they make you feel at home, but they stand by what they stand for: Commitment, Consistency, Community.

I personally have always wanted to try CrossFit but was a little nervous. I have a friend who recommended Yadkin CrossFit and I said, why not. Tried it and LOVED it. Derek and Jenny are awesome coaches. They push you but they would never force you to do anything that you are super uncomfortable with. The whole vibe with everyone that attends is very positive. I drive 30+ minutes just to attend this gym. I highly recommend at least giving it a try. You will not regret it!
